The menu
Grilled chistorra sausage, salt-cod omelette, fried salt cod with slow-cooked piquillo peppers, grilled beef chop and, for dessert, Idiazábal cheese with quince and walnuts. Includes unlimited cider, bread and olives; other drinks are charged separately.
